In this book I will start with a very basic sample program and then we will add elements that illustrate basic language constructs step by step to this program until you have a complete demonstration program.
Learning a programming language requires practice. I tell my students that learning to program is a lot like playing a musical instrument. It requires a lot of practice to get good at it. To get the most out of this book you should work each of the exercises in each chapter. We will start with a very simple program and add more pieces to it as I introduce more elements of the C# language.
