Many companies have already made a change adopting the three Big Data attributes: Data Volume, Data Variety, and Data Velocity.

The three Big Data attributes have resulted in designing information systems that have the capability of handling both structured and unstructured data, processing a massive volume of data in real time. This drastic change enhances the effectiveness of decision making through Predictive and Data Analytics by the designed information systems.
The book provides guidelines for managers on how to create this organizational context, measure it, and make sure it leads to a successful implementation and use of information systems. It carefully illustrates its main theme by providing examples and cases to explain how the behavioral context of an organization led by its managers and executives would lead to the success of the information systems function.
